The hotel was fairly clean, the staff was wonderfully helpful. Maplewood furniture and separate bathroom, a safe box, a refrigerator and ironing facilities in the room. The breakfast had plenty of options and included yogurt, coffee, muffins, toast and pancakes. Excellent base for exploring Banff.
